Our Registration Process

Our Sharing the Stories Evaluation and Research Program works with researchers and partner organizations across Canada to help evaluate programs and practices that encourage the engagement of Canadian youth. Our online surveys and evaluation tools support this work.

An important part of the process for this program involves consultation, assistance and support from our program evaluation staff and researchers throughout the process of developing your evaluation plan, choosing your tools and surveys, setting up access for your participants and interpreting and presenting the results back to your organization and participants.

For this reason, we ask that you contact us directly and we will guide you through the registration process.

Cost for your organization's participation

Quarterly Fee $3,000:

  • Register your organization
  • Explore options with our staff
  • Set-up and run initial evaluations for 2 programs

Additional Costs:

  • Will be discussed and assessed with you
  • For expansion to other programs and/or larger numbers of participants
